With total assets of 19.3 billion yuan, it is a 10-million-ton-level refinery base and clean oil products that Sinopec will focus on. Gaoqiao Petrochemical's geographical location near the river and the sea and adjacent to the urban area, especially with the increase in the sulfur content of processed crude oil, the company faces huge risks and pressures in terms of safety and environmental protection.
